For this reason, we encourage you to review the Agreement whenever you use any of the Site. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

Happy Things Design, LLC strives to maintain transparency regarding use of information provided to Happy Things Design, LLC by clients and customers. Your submission of personal information through the Site is governed by our privacy policy, which can be reached by clicking on the "Privacy Policy" link located in the footer section of the Sites (the "Privacy Policy"). This Agreement incorporates by reference the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy. 

Limited Liability

Happy Things Design, LLC is a limited liability entity. Each Project is Unique. specific terms of service will be determined at the begining of each new project. If terms are not specified before DESIGN or MARKETING services begin, and as a general rule, below are the Happy Things Design, LLC employs:

  • All designs/products sold on this website is © 2020 Happy Things Design, LLC. It is original artwork, unless otherwise noted, and is intended for individual use or for the business that purchased the physical product. Please do not copy, duplicate or distribute. Happy Things Design, LLC is happy to work out commercial license agreements, please contact for details.

  • Happy Things Design, LLC reserves the right to terminate service at any time and shall be compensated for all work and time done unto termination of project.

  • Customer can terminate agreement as long as Happy Things Design, LLC is compensated, in the agreed upon sums of exchange/trade or monies, up to termination of service.

  • See your specific client agreement for details regarding services from Happy Things Design, LLC.

  • Net 30 on all design work, unless otherwise specified by Happy Things Design, LLC prior to delivering files or services.

Happy Things Design, LLC is not liable for any client misuse of artwork. Happy Things Design, LLC respects the rights and privacy of clients and tries to keep client information protected and used for the intended purposes of contact or shipping. Happy Things Design, LLC practices good business with integrity and transparency. Please direct any specific questions of concerns through Contact Us Page.

The Site Transactions

All credit card and pay pal payments are handled and processed through third parties and their affiliates. Including by not limited to Squarespace.com, Pay Pal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, etc. Service Provider for www.happythingsdesign.com is powered by Squarespace.com. Happy Things Design, LLC uses Stripe and Pay Pal as payment processors. Happy Things Design, LLC is not responsible for fraudulent transactions.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, distributors or diverters.

Returns

Happy Things Design, LLC is happy to accept returns of physical products. No returns will be granted for Design or Marketing Services. No returns will be granted for digital download file purchases. All files are intended for personal use or use as part of the business for which the materials were created. Please do not duplicate or distribute copies of artwork purchased through the design shop on this site without first contacting Happy Things Design for purchase of additional licenses. Thank you for your purchase. We appreciate your business.

Colors

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Right Change The Site

We reserve the right, at any time in our sole discretion, to: modify, suspend or discontinue the Site or any service, content, feature or product offered through the Site, with or without notice; charge fees in connection with the use of the Site; modify and/or waive any fees charged in connection with the Site; and/or offer opportunities to some or all users of the Site. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Site, or any service, content, feature or product offered through the Site.

Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
