Shipping

Items are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service Ground). All items ship within 3-5 business days of purchase. Arrival times vary. With the exception of subscriptions (please refer to individual item for shipping details, when purchasing a subscription).

Returns

Will gladly be accepted on non-digital items only. Item must be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition. Return postage paid by customer. Happy Things Design, LLC is happy to accept returns of physical products. No returns will be granted for Design or Marketing Services. No returns will be granted for digital download file purchases. All files are intended for personal use or use as part of the business for which the materials were created. Please do not duplicate or distribute copies of artwork purchased through the design shop on this site without first contacting Happy Things Design for purchase of additional licenses. Thank you for your purchase. We appreciate your business.

Colors

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Subscription Cancelations

If you are unhappy with your purchase, subscriptions can be canceled at anytime. Cancelation must be submitted in writing to Happy Things Design, LLC at happythingsdesignco@gmail.com. Please include Name, Mailing Address and reason for cancelation. 

If subscription is canceled, mailings will end with the current monthly mailer in which subscription is canceled (in which case you may have already received that months edition). All subscription cancelations will be prorated + a one time $5 processing fee. Prorated amount is calculated up to the date of cancelation. Refunds will be issued in the amount of the different paid less the prorated amount + a one time $5 processing fee.

Please allow 30 days for ANY refund to process.
